Trip Details:

Thursday May 30th

Arrived Thursday into Cleveland.
Stayed overnight near the airport.

Friday May 31th

Next day we drove east along Lake Erie.
We visited two Ohio wineries.
Not what we are used to in California.
We also drove through the Amish area.

We arrive in Boardman Friday evening.
My niece Michelle came in from Brooklyn NY.
She brought her two ferrets and a dog.
My sister has a dog and two cats.
Our two dogs were at home being attended to by Brent.
Margi drew a picture of our dogs. She put it in a frame and
put it on the nightstand by our bed.
We went to dinner at an Italian restaurant - Isle of Capri

Saturday June 1st

There is a large park in Youngstown. It is 5 miles long
and about a mile wide.
We went for a walk on one of the walking trails.

Later in the day Margi took us for a "McBeth" drive.
We went to the Apple Farm to buy a pie.
We went to an animal rescue where we saw a dog just like Max.
We went to a cemetary to see an obscene statue.
Later we went to dinner in downtown Youngstown.
It was kind of a seedy area but dinner was nice.

Sunday June 2nd

Margi and her boyfriend Terry took us to their bar for lunch.
We went down to the lake where they went for rides on the SeaDoo.
Michelle saw this puppy that she adored.
We just hung out at Terry's for a BBQ.
It was a wonderful day for relaxing. Thank you Terry and Margi.

Monday June 3rd

We got up and headed off to Niagara Falls.
We had lunch at a nice place on the lake.

We went up on the Minolta Tower.
The first reservation for dinner was not until 8:30.
Went to the Outback Steakhouse instead.
Went back to the Tower to see the falls light up.

Tuesday June 4th

Went back to the falls for one last look.
Got Margi a tee-shirt for her birthday.
On the way back to Ohio we saw some art alng the side of the road.
They had cut up a bunch of old road signs and made flowers out of them.

Wednesday June 5th

This was Margi's birthday so Gail and I took off for a scooter ride.
We took the scooter to the park.
We wore our helmets on the city streets to the park and then
once in the park we got rid of them. They are not required in Ohio.
